Marina, made this salad for dinner.Cooking in the oven for 20 minutes, in Klarstein (analogous to delimano (aerogrill)) 15 minutes. The vegetables are softer in the oven. I liked Klarstein more, my husband out of the oven. Perhaps I'll drag this recipe into the Delimano theme, if you don't mind.
