Ingredients

Octopuses in brine 50 g
Yalta onion half a medium onion
Forest mushrooms 100 g
Sour cream 20% 95 g
Grated hard cheese (parmesan) 25 g
Tajik thin-crust lemon 2 slices
Seasoning garam masala on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Julienne with octopuses and forest mushrooms in a pot
  • Cut the mushrooms and fry them with onions in butter. Salt to taste.
