We can say that this is a variant of a non-stained semi-humus cake. Initially, he was interested in faster production compared to the classic mousse cake and an interesting biscuit recipe.
I baked a cake several times, and made the mousse even more often with different cakes. Everyone really likes it!
The mousse is fairly simple, stable and tasty. I liked the cake more than my favorite chocolate one by 1-2-3, which I often baked before. It is more tender and juicy (beer does its job).
Initially, the recipe was taken on homebaked (many thanks to the author), changed it a little and decided to share it on my favorite forum.

For this cake, I took 1/2 the norm of products for the crust, and for the mousse, a full portion. The 20 cm cake is about 5.5 cm high.
