salt 2 tsp
cinnamon pinch
garlic 2 cloves
lemon juice 1.5 tbsp. l.
dill 1 tsp
tarragon 1 tsp
nutmeg 1/4 tsp
ground coriander 1/4 tsp
water 100 ml
Marinade sauce:
mustard (I have Dijon) 1 tbsp. l.
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Pork baked in such a marinade turns out with delicate oriental notes - very juicy and aromatic.
  • For the marinade, dissolve salt, sugar in warm water, and then add soy sauce.
