Pickled champignons Spicy

Ingredients

fresh champignons 500 g
vegetable oil 30 g
red wine vinegar 50 g
coarse salt 18 g
sugar 30 g
fresh parsley 2 tsp
garlic 3 cloves
ground sweet paprika 1.5 tbsp. l
ground black pepper 1 tsp
ground dried onion 2 tsp
lemon zest 1 tsp
dried marjoram 0.5 tsp

Cooking method
