Morning pancakes (millet yeast)

Ingredients

viscous millet porridge 1 tbsp.
wheat flour 120-150 gr.
chicken egg 2 pcs.
dry yeast 3 gr.
salt pinch
sugar 1/2 tsp (taste)

Cooking method

  • In the evening we mix all the ingredients (how much flour to take depends on the thickness of the porridge and on the size of the eggs), focus on the consistency - the dough should be like thick sour cream, send it to the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning we fry the pancakes over moderate heat, you can fry in oil, or you can just fry in a dry frying pan (I personally like it more), as you are accustomed to.
  • Serve with sour cream or jam, or with condensed milk.
  • Bon Appetit!

Very tasty sunny pancakes, I manage to fry in the morning in 20 minutes, I take with me to work, I really like treating my colleagues with sour cream, no one smelled millet and everyone liked the pancakes.
