Cooking method

  • Chop the pork not too finely

  • Pour 2 tbsp into a slow cooker. l. olive oil, turn on the "Fry-meat" mode, warm up the oil well and put the meat. Fry, stirring, for about 10 minutes. When the meat begins to brown, add wine and vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes, until the liquid has boiled away by about 2/3. Transfer the meat to a bowl.
