Rice balls with Arancini mozzarella

Ingredients

Boiled rice 1 tbsp. (250 ml)
Flour 5 tbsp. l.
Parmesan (grated) 3 tbsp. l.
Mozzarella (diced) 125 gr.
Egg
1 PC.
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Combine rice with beaten egg, flour and parmesan.
  • Mix well.
  • Put some dough on your hand moistened with water.
  • Mash into a flatbread and put a mozzarella cube in the middle.
  • Blind and roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry in deep fat or a large quantity of well-heated vegetable oil until golden brown.

Note

The recipe book says it's an Italian recipe. It must be true, since Italians are cheese lovers. This is an awesome snack. There are no words. The people ate and bellowed with pleasure. The balls were made from the leftover risotto (the round rice cooked yesterday).

You can also add some fried bacon to the filling.
