Ingredients

Egg (Egg White) 2 pcs
Sugar 170-200 g
Flour 150 g
Liquor any 2 tbsp. l
Vanillin (optional) taste

Cooking method

  • A simple and quick whipped biscuit with a crispy crust and soft center. You can use any liquor to your taste, preferably a creamy one, such as Baileys. It looks like an almond cookie, the taste will depend on the chosen liquor.
  • Cookies are made quickly, so turn on the oven immediately. Temperature 175-180 degrees.
  • Now you can do the test. Beat whites until firm foam, add sugar, vanillin and beat until fluffy, stir in flour and pour in liqueur. Stir until smooth. The dough is thick and sticky.

  • It is better to spread on a sheet with a spoon. I put a Teflon mat on the sheet, if I bake without it, then grease the baking sheet and sprinkle it with flour. You can not achieve the correct shape, the cookies in the baked goods rise and look quite nice.
