  • You also need to prepare some products in advance - boil eggs; boil the potatoes "in their uniforms" (I add allspice and bay leaves to the pan during cooking, it turns out very tasty), cool, peel, mash, salt, add mayonnaise, mix and put in the refrigerator.
  • To decorate sandwiches and increase their usefulness, I use lettuce leaves (you can take any at your discretion).
  • Preparation:
  • Sandwich number 1. We smear black bread (preferably Borodinsky) with butter, put pieces of herring on top (for this sandwich, lettuce leaves are not needed). Strange as it may seem, but such a sandwich goes very well with coffee with sugar (I personally like it).
  • Sandwich number 2. Put a leaf of lettuce on the bread, on it - pre-cooked potatoes, on top - pickled cucumbers.
  • Sandwich number 3. Peel the eggs, chop very finely, add mayonnaise, mix. Put a leaf of lettuce, eggs, pickles on top of the bread.
  • Sandwich number 4. Cut the eggplants into thin slices, put them in salted water. In a small cup, prepare a mixture: mayonnaise, a little chopped garlic and a little horseradish (only for flavor, you can not add something). After 10 minutes of "soaking", we take out the eggplants, drain them, rub them with our hands with sunflower oil (preferably real, unrefined), put them in a preheated dry frying pan and fry until tender on both sides over low heat. While fried, cut the tomato thinly (preferably ground). Put a leaf of lettuce on the bread, put a tomato on top (you can add a little salt), grease with sauce, then put hot, directly from the pan, eggplant, and on top either just a thin slice of cheese, or sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the heated oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Sandwich number 5. Lightly grease the bread with butter, put a leaf of lettuce, on it, in random order, thinly sliced ​​tomatoes, an egg, pickled cucumbers; can be slightly greased with mayonnaise.
  • Sandwich number 6. Finely chop a clove of garlic; mix with mayonnaise and horseradish (horseradish only for flavor). Spread sauce on bread (salad is not used) and put cheese, several types are possible.
  • Sandwich number 7. We use ready-made Italian tomato sauce from Haenz, or prepare such a sauce ourselves (in advance) from tomato paste, water, vinegar, salt and a mixture of Italian herbs. Lightly grease the bread with butter (optional), put a leaf of lettuce on top, put tomato sauce on it, put pickles on the sauce, and on top - thinly sliced ​​slices of Adyghe cheese (I use cheese from the Giagin plant, it is very tasty).
