Antique Curd Pie from Mother-in-law

Ingredients

Dough:
sl. oil 200 gr.
sah. sand 1/2 cup
flour 2 glasses
soda (baking, baking powder) 0.5 tsp
cream filling
cottage cheese 400 g
eggs 4 things.
sour cream 150-300 g
sah. sand 120 g

Cooking method

  • I immediately apologize for the name. We have been baking it for over 25 years. The mother-in-law is no longer there, I cannot clarify the name. She called this cake royal. There are many variations on the internet.
  • Grate frosty oil. Pour flour, soda, p. sand, oil, stir quickly with your hands ( I mix it quickly with a blender) add the yolks of the eggs, mix - it should be crumbly.
  • For cream filling.
  • Beat the whites with sugar, adding sour cream along the way, then gently mix with the cottage cheese.
  • Put the crumb-dough in a greased form ¾, pour over the curd filling and sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the crumb.

Time for preparing:

45-50 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake for 30-40 minutes. at 180-220 g

Note

I take less oils 150 - 160 gr. I put frozen berries on top of the filling (for lovers it is sweeter - in this case, add more sugar. Sand or sugar. Powder). This cake was baked in the GF multi-oven - 30 minutes, at 180 g, the bottom, even in the form, was browned well. Left for 3 minutes. in the oven, then immediately shifted it out of the mold so as not to soften. Bon Appetit!
