Whole grain oat porridge in the Tefal multicooker RK-816E32

Ingredients

Non-crushed oat groats 1 mst.
water (for soaking cereals) 2 mst.
water (for cooking) 3-4 mst.
salt taste
butter taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the groats thoroughly, fill them with water (2 multi-glasses) and leave overnight. In the morning we rinse again, pour the cereal into a bowl, add salt and fill it with water. We take three multi-glasses of water, if we like, when the grain is elastic, or four, if we want a softer porridge (I have porridge in the photo, cooked in 4 glasses of water). We start the program "Rice / Groats" (it is sensory) and go about our business. At the signal, put a piece of butter in the porridge, mix and let it stand for another ten minutes, or you can immediately put it on plates and serve.
