I combined warm milk, salt, sugar, eggs, yeast, vanilla sugar, cognac, soft butter in pieces in a container, beat everything well and in a bread maker's bucket, first added 450 g of flour, but the bun did not peel off, the dough was thin, added 2 tbsp ... l. flour and a viscous bun was formed. Raisins added after the beep. After baking for about 5 minutes, I took out the cake without difficulty. Cooling down !!!

Ingredients:

Water - 315 ml;
Sunflower oil (olive oil can be used) - 1 tbsp. l .;
Flour - 600 gr. (or 3 and ¾ measuring cups);
Egg - 1 pc.
Chopped garlic - 8 cloves (if large then 4)
Chopped spices - 1-3 tspl .; (I have dried basil and frozen dill)
Dry yeast - 1, 5 tsp;
Salt - 1.5 tsp;
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Chopped garlic - 2 cloves;
Chopped spices - 1 tsp;

Pour all the liquid ingredients into the bucket of the bread machine: water, egg, oil.
Next, add flour. In the middle we make a hole and pour around it: garlic, spices, salt, sugar, dry yeast. You can also add 0.5 tsp. dry mustard for spiciness. Garlic must be put on the deck, do not pour it into the distribution for fruits and nuts. Basil was used as a spice in this bread, but you can take any spice: marjoram, nutmeg, parsley, etc. Basil and garlic give a simply incomparable aroma and taste to bread.
But do not eat bread with garlic and spices hot, wait until it cools down.

Ingredients

In my Midea, I mix the liquid separately with salt, sugar, fresh yeast and mix everything well in a bucket, there is already butter and zucchini. The last meal.
My comments. Bread is fluffy, soft, moist, torn with fibers. The zucchini taste is not felt at all. It does not harden for a long time.

3 tbsp. l. parsley (or your favorite herbs)
1 1/2 tsp dry garlic (3 cloves fresh garlic)
1/4 tsp salt
5 tbsp. l. butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1. Breadmaker mode - "dough" (1 hour 30 minutes). Divide the finished dough into balls the size of a walnut.
2. Dip each "nut" in a mixture of refilled butter mixed with onions, garlic and parsley, as well as salt.
3. Put the first layer of balls into a muffin tin or any other form with a pipe. Sprinkle with cheese, then add the balls again and so on until the end.
4. Cover the form. The product should double in volume. This takes approximately 45 minutes.
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 350F (175C) for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.

Unfortunately, there is no photo. I tore off pieces from the finished dough and rolled balls the size of a walnut, and dipped the garlic in the sauce, put them in the form of a bread machine, taking out a kneading spatula. and sprinkled each row with cheese. What I love about this bread maker is that you can take any recipe with it, and it will bake without any problems. Here are some rules.
Basic rules for making good bread:

1. Use warm water, not cold.
2. Only fast acting yeast. If you shift the yeast, the roof falls down. It sags.
3. Lemon juice helps the dough rise.
4. Baking takes longer and requires more yeast.
5. Rye flour makes the bun sticky and more rubbery.
6. Rice flour does not add bulk only used with wheat flour.
7. The window can be covered with foil for an even tan.
8.Flour must be sifted to make the bread richer.
9. Sometimes a silicone spatula is needed to pick up the dough from the edges.
I tried to bake different types of bread with different flours (corn, rice, rye, linseed, sesame, buckwheat, oatmeal) and with different additives (tomato, mashed potatoes, cheese, cottage cheese, semolina, dry mashed potatoes). But for me bread is better than ordinary wheat flour, there is nothing.
So, now I have one flour, but you can change the butter in the recipe, either butter (melted), or vegetable (I have corn or mustard). You can take the liquid just water, or something dairy: ordinary milk, baked milk, cream, yogurt, kefir, sourdough, yogurt, sour cream, fermented baked milk, but be sure to dilute with water at least 1: 1, otherwise the dough will not rise well. You can bake bread with powdered milk or cream, it turns out very tasty and very magnificent.
My favorite recipe for kefir, loaf size 1 kg: add 50 ml of kefir with warm or hot water to 300 ml, corn oil 2 tablespoons, salt 1 teaspoon, sugar 3 tablespoons, flour 3 1/2 cups, yeast 1 teaspoon.
