Ingredients

Fresh oyster mushrooms 500 g
Fresh champignons 400 g
White mushroom s / m 1 PC.
Shallots (large) 2 pcs.
Flour 1 tsp
Cream 10% m. e. f. 350 ml
Cream cheese (Lambert) 50 g
Garlic 1 clove
Butter + vegetable 2 tbsp. l. + 1 tbsp. l.
Puff pastry 200 g
Egg for smudging 1 PC.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method
