Rye flour 200 g
Poppy 2 tbsp. l.
Water 100 ml
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Honey 1.5-2 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch
Ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla optional

Cooking method

  • Add dry ingredients to sifted flour, then liquid ingredients and knead a dense dough. Wrap it in plastic and give it half an hour to rest.
