Pumpkin seeds 1 zhmenya

Cooking method

  • The recipe was told at work. All the ingredients go by eye, as I was told: "Once you do it, you yourself will understand how you like it best." I didn’t measure everything with zhmen, but immediately upon purchase I ordered to measure everything on the edge of the scapula.
  • I made flour myself on a coffee grinder, only then sifted buckwheat. Oatmeal was not the simplest and cheapest, such as "Nova porridge" (in the Republic of Belarus), but "Nordic Whole grain oatmeal", the cooking time is 1 minute - I just love this porridge, and our usual oatmeal after dining in childhood I can not eat at all ...
  • Lightly chopped pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts in a blender, flaxseeds - also in a coffee grinder, but added whole ones.
  • To be honest, I forgot to put in the butter, but when they told me the recipe, they also listed it, so the amount is at your discretion.
  • I put two times more raisins than the same cranberries, because I just have a lot of it in stock. By the way, I washed the raisins and cranberries well, because they are processed with "chemistry" (here I am always "loaded" with nuts - are they also processed? Otherwise, you can at least wash dried fruits).
  • Beat the egg a little (separately) so that everything mixes better. I mixed all the ingredients with a mixer, and either water or juicy apples are used for gluing.
  • I had only one apple, but there were two pears. I rubbed everything on a beetroot grater - it was perfect enough. I didn't add any berries - the stocks were already over, they were just recommended to me, as an option, for a change.
  • The dough should be very strong so that it sticks and crumbles. By the way, while I was beating it with whisk (for a tough dough), it was not clear that the dough was ready, and when I began to knead it with my hand, I immediately realized that it was exactly what I needed. From my number of products, 30 pieces turned out, we sculpt about the size of a cheesecake. Personally, I liked the thinner ones.
  • We bake on paper or a silicone mat (I have the second option). In the process of cooking, I turned them all over with a spatula. As for the temperature, my door seal is torn, so I always put more heat on. There is no convection in my oven either. Therefore, everyone looks at his own oven. We take it out and grease it with honey hot, put it on top of each other so that it is better saturated. In the morning, everything turns out to be almost soaked through. It is possible without honey, but it tastes better with it.

I'm a drug addict, my drug is sugar. I absolutely cannot, even smell it, but I stubbornly eat up sweet, and then just as delightfully - antihistamines. And it still does not help, because eczema / dermatitis does not leave my hands. But I still eat .... So the version of this cookie is just a salvation for me. I really liked it. The only one. The husband and son did not even try, expressing at once what they thought about it, the sisters tried, criticized, but one still took note, because the same as me, sweet addicted. And I discovered a new universe for myself !!!!!!!!!!!

olgavas, no, not crumbly, quite strong, and due to honey, like wet. During biting off, unless the small seed falls off. It reminds me of a honey oriental sweetness, baklava, for example. Honestly, I did it on Friday night, and now I'm finishing my last cookies. Considering that no one liked it, then I am the only one who cracks them. And they are sooo satisfying.

And I must wash my nuts-seeds too .. I sort it out, sift it out of garbage, wash it with cold water and then dry it either in an airfryer or in an oven.
