Pink salmon and pollock cutlets in the GFgril GFA-3500 Air Fryer

Ingredients

Fillet of pink salmon 400 g
Pollock fillet 200 g
Pork lard (butter) 50-70 gr
Salt taste
Egg 1 PC
Wheat flour 1/4 cup
Corn flour 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil Little

Cooking method

  • Scroll the fillet of pink salmon, pollock and lard 2 times. Season with salt, form cutlets, put in the freezer for 30 minutes. Dip each cutlet in a beaten egg and roll in a mixture of corn and wheat flour with salt. Place in the basket of the airfryer (3 pieces fit), sprinkle lightly with oil from the spray bottle. Cook fish on the mode (20 minutes 200 degrees) and I also held it for 5 minutes at 150 degrees. The cutlets turned out to be crispy on the outside and soft, juicy on the inside.

  • I have some flour left, I don't like to store leftovers after breading, it was a pity to throw it away. I poured flour into the remaining egg, mixed (it turned out to be a small bun) and made 3 thin flat cakes (about 8 cm in diameter), baked in a pan without oil.
  • P.S. Cutlets can be made into koloboks and put not 3 pieces, but 5-6.

Among other things, I wanted a crispy, delicious crust, and in the Princess they will be fried and there are a lot of 18 cutlets for us. If we talk about cooking time, then I spent much more: I had to defrost the fish, peel it from bones, scroll and freeze it over frying. Well, I have nowhere to rush.
