Cheese Madeleines in Liverbox Princess 132404

Ingredients

wheat flour 100 g
eggs 2 pcs
aromatic salt (I have Svan) pinch
pepper mix pinch
milk 4 tbsp. l.
melted plums. oil 20 gr.
extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
baking powder 1.5 tsp
a drop of Tabasco sauce (I didn't have it)
Parmesan cheese (I have Caucasian hard) 2 tbsp. l.
Gouda cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with salt, add the rest of the ingredients, beat until smooth, add cheese and put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.

True, I got French Madeleine with a Caucasian accent.
Recently I was in Baku and Tbilisi, and, of course, I brought all sorts of goodies, aromas, now I add where necessary and not necessary ...
I really liked the structure of the dough, with a thin crispy crust, the crumb is dense, not dull.
I like the liverwort, I think I will use it more for savory madelens. (Lots of other toys for sweet baked goods).

anavi, Olga, I just beat the eggs and salt, the rest is just a little bit with a whisk, you can use a fork ... And the original recipe says that you just mix.
It should work out in the cake maker, but I think it will take longer.
