Slow Cooker Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Flour 1 glass
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Baking powder 1 sachet, 10 g,
Salt pinch
White sugar 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/2 cup + 3/4 cup
Cocoa * Golden Label * 1/2 cup + 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 1/2 cup
Odorless vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Hot water 2 glasses
Butter for bowl lubrication 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • (I cooked pudding in a slow cooker KENWOOD SR 706, volume 4.5 liters, round bowl)
  • 1. Let's put the kettle to boil, we need 2 glasses of hot, but not boiling water.
  • 2. Lubricate the slowcooker bowl with butter.
  • 3. In a small bowl, sprinkle the crust by mixing 3/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tbsp. l, cocoa. Let's put it aside.
  • 4. Let's prepare the dough:
  • To do this, put in a bowl with a volume of about 3 liters
  • 1 cup flour, 1 bag vanilla sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 sachet of baking powder, weighing 10 g,
  • 1/2 cup cocoa and a pinch of salt
  • Take a fork and mix so that there are no lumps left.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk and 3 tbsp. l. butter and knead the dough. Place on the bottom of a slowcooker bowl and cover evenly with sugar and cocoa sprinkles.
  • Pour 2 cups of hot water on top. Do not mix.
  • Cover and cook LOW for 2 hours until all the water is absorbed. Turn off the device and let it stand for 30 minutes to cool down a little.
