Slow Cooker Rice Pudding

Ingredients

Round grain rice 100 ml
Milk 600 ml
Sugar, vanilla sugar taste
Butter optional

Cooking method

  • I make 1: 6 rice milk pudding using the * water bath * method.
  • 1. I will sterilize a glass saucepan in which I will cook pudding, after pouring boiling water over it.
  • 2. I measure out cold milk, rinse the measured rice on a sieve to clean water and put it in a saucepan.
  • 3, Place the saucepan in the slow-cooker bowl and carefully, along the side of the bowl, pour cold water to the level of the food in the saucepan.
  • I put the lid on the saucepan and the lid on the slow cooker bowl.
  • 4. I cook on HIGH for 3 hours, stir after 2.5 hours.
  • 5. Season the finished pudding with sugar, vanilla sugar, optional butter.
  • I let it stand for about an hour and serve it to the table

Note

I also cook a large portion of pudding in the summer.
1 glass of rice and 6 glasses of milk, cook directly in the bowl in the same way.
I pour it into bowls, cover it tightly with film, right over the pudding and put it in the refrigerator.
An excellent dish in the heat.
