  • In fact, as the author said, there are no exact proportions in this recipe, but there should be more cabbage than minced meat, if you have a large amount of minced meat, put more minced meat than cabbage, if there is not much mince vice versa
  • We take fresh cabbage, (I had a head of cabbage today 1.5 kg. Weight) chop finely.

  • Fry the cabbage in vegetable oil in a large frying pan or brazier, salt and pepper to taste.
