Ingredients

* Flour confectionery / self-rising 500 gr.
Salt 2 tsp
Milk 150 ml.
Water 150 ml.
Dry yeast) 7 gr.

Cooking method

* How to make self-rising flour: Wheat flour VS -500 gr. Baking powder - 10 gr. Fine salt - 2 gr.
Mix and sift everything a couple of times.

How to make baking powder: Starch - 12 parts. Soda - 5 parts. Citric acid - 3.5 parts.
In dry !!! dishes, mix starch, soda and citric acid. If citric acid is in granules, grind it in a mortar.
Sift the mixture and store in a sealed glass container in a dark place. To prevent moisture in the mixture, throw in a couple of lump sugar cubes.
