Cupcake with raisins and zest

Ingredients

Wheat flour 200g
Sour cream 150g
Egg 2 pcs
raisins 30g
Walnuts 15g
Zest 1 orange
Zest 0.5 lemon
Soda 0.5 tsp
Granulated sugar 100g

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut off the zest and chop. Chop the walnuts.
  • 2. Beat the egg with granulated sugar.
  • 3. Add flour, sour cream, soda - mix.
  • 4. Add raisins, zest and nuts - stir.
  • 5. Place in a greased skillet or dish. Bake at about 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
