Ingredients

Duck legs 2 pcs.
Wine vinegar 4 tbsp. l.
Salt and black pepper taste
Apples varieties Antonovka 4 things. medium size
Onions (preferably shallots or red, sweet) 2 pcs.
Apple cider juice or water with apple cider vinegar 3/4 Art.
Honey or sugar 1 tsp
Spices (allspice, clove bud, freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Black large sweet and sour raisins 2 tbsp. l.
Pomegranate seeds for serving
Refined vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I cooked a dish for dinner from whatever came to hand. It turned out something in the fusion style - Russian cuisine with an oriental accent. And it turned out very harmoniously!

  • Pour couscous into a deep bowl and rinse quickly with hot water. Immediately pour boiling water over again and throw in a piece of ghee. Cover immediately with a hot plate or lid and cover with a towel. Leave to swell for 3-5 minutes. Couscous is not salted.

Sure you may! And I also remembered my recipe, I exhibited it for a slow one, but in general you can cook in almost anything!
