Ingredients

potatoes 1 kg
salt taste
pepper taste

Filling:
minced meat 300 g
bulb onions 1 PC

egg 2 pcs
raisins 100 g
olives 5 pieces
parsley 2 tbsp. l
garlic 2 tooth
cumin 1 tsp
oregano 0.5 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Stuffed Peruvian Potatoes (Papa rellena)Boil potatoes in their skins. Cool slightly and peel.
