Onion and mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Champignon mushrooms 15 pcs
onion 2 pcs
garlic (large) 1 tooth
wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
water 2.5 st
salt taste
sweet peas 3 pcs
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Onion and mushroom sauceWash or wipe the mushrooms. Separate the legs from the hats.
  • Onion and mushroom sauceChop the legs.
  • Onion and mushroom sauceCut the hats into slices.
  • Onion and mushroom saucePour chopped mushroom legs with two glasses of water, let it boil and cook for 15 minutes. Let it brew a little and strain the broth.

Note

This gravy is very helpful on fasting days. Very tasty and not troublesome. It is preferable to cook buckwheat porridge, rice or mashed potatoes for a side dish.
