Cabbage cutlets

Cabbage cutlets

Ingredients

Cabbage 500-600gr
carrot 1/2
onion 2
semolina 1st.l
flour 1 st.l
corn flour ....
salt ..
turmeric ...
egg 1
vegetable oil ...

Cooking method

  • Coarsely grate cabbage, carrots, onions with salt, add turmeric, mix.
  • Mix with egg, semolina, flour, cut into patties, shape, roll in corn flour.
  • Fry in vegetable oil.
  • Serve with sour cream.
  • P.S. If the cabbage turns out to be very juicy, you can remove a little juice or add semolina with flour to such a consistency that you can form cutlets.

Note

I like any cutlets or fish, everything that I fry, roll in corn flour.

DonnaRosa, I made carrot cutlets, I made zucchini, I made pumpkin cutlets, but I never even tried cabbage cutlets. We need to close this gap)))

Galleon-6. I love lazy recipes, no bells and whistles and difficulties.
Do not chop the cabbage, but grate it, it turns out like a single wet gruel.

It didn't work, I grated it on a coarse grater, probably it was necessary on a fine one, or mix the egg with flour, and then with cabbage. Otherwise, all the liquid (egg and juice) ran down, of course I formed the cutlets, but not that, not that happened

ArleiMaybe the cabbage was very juicy? In this case, you can get rid of the juice a little or add a little semolina with flour.
Usually I cook from the leftover cabbage, it is around the stump, which I no longer need and is in the refrigerator too much. I will dispose of it for cutlets.
