Gingerbread cookies on raisin puree

Ingredients

black raisins (I have regular) or prunes 85 grams
wheat flour, c / z 150 grams
wheat flour / grade 200-220 grams
butter 75 gram
egg C1 1 piece
brown sugar 85 grams
molasses or honey (I have it in half) 100g
cognac or rum 1 tbsp. the spoon
ground ginger 1.5 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
gingerbread mixture (black pepper, allspice, star anise, nutmeg, cloves) 1 tsp
salt 1/4 teaspoon
soda 1.5 tsp
cocoa 1 tbsp. the spoon
Glaze
protein 1 piece
powdered sugar 180-200 grams
lemon juice 3/4 teaspoon

Cooking method

The recipe has been slightly modified.All the flour is of the highest grade (I don't have any c / h) and I didn't find open cognac (it turns out it's in the fridge, and I was looking for it in the bar), so I poured some limoncella.
