Ingredients

green buckwheat flour 80g

finely ground rice flour 100g
sugar 100g

Cooking method

Bake the pie in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 190g.
  • The original recipe for the pie is presented on the sites "Orange Kitchen" and the forum this7 info (author Lena) called Loose blueberry pie (lean). I changed the dough recipe to a gluten-free version, based on the work of Irena, who maintains her blog of gluten-free cuisine. Considering that we cannot use butter, dairy products and eggs, I tried to make a delicious crumbly dough, rather unpretentious in work, replacing the above products with this option. The pie is easy and quick to prepare, very tasty even when warm and eaten very quickly. Bon Appetit!
