Ingredients

milk 500 ml
agar-agar 2 h l
sugar optional
syrup
frozen cherries b / c 300g
sugar 3-4 tbsp
corn starch 2 h l

Cooking method

Very easy to prepare, simple and quick dessert.
It can be cooked without an induction cooking machine, but its presence makes the process somewhat easier.
Dissolve agar in a small amount of milk, let it swell.
Pour the remaining milk into the bowl and turn on the heating 100 gr.
When the milk warmed up to about 70 grams, I added agar and manually stirred it vigorously with a whisk, so that it would disperse properly.
I put the flexi nozzle on and continued heating.
When the milk warmed up, I began to add the chocolate broken into pieces.
Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved and cook for a total of 20 minutes with constant stirring. Since chocolate is bitter, sugar can be added to taste if desired. I didn’t add it because I served it with cherry syrup. But for sweet lovers, I recommend adding.
Pour the mixture into molds. You can put it in the refrigerator, but the agar hardens already at 40 grams, so I did with the windowsill.
I defrosted the cherry a little, set it to heat, added sugar.
In a small amount of water, she diluted the starch, added to the cherries and boiled for several minutes.

Irina, can be made on gelatin. Only there the algorithm will be different. Heat the soaked gelatin in a water bath and add to the hot mixture of milk and melted chocolate. No need to cook. Pour into molds and cool.
