Bran bread in the microwave

Ingredients

a mixture of wheat and oat bran 30 grams
fat-free soft cottage cheese 100g
egg C-o 1 piece
salt on the tip of a knife
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • Grind the bran into flour. Add salt and baking powder
  • Mix cottage cheese and egg separately.
  • Add the dry mixture to the curd mass.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into a mold (I have a silicone one).
  • Bake at 750 watts for 4.5 - 5 minutes.
  • Leave it off for another couple of minutes.
  • Remove from the mold, cool.
