But the recipe there was, in my opinion, not very correct and the girl baked it on a fast program with a minimum amount of yeast. She also thumped there and yeast and oil and salt together. Yeast does not like salt and oil, and they do not recommend baking on a fast program at all.
In the reviews they write that the programs are confused, such as rye should bake longer, and white faster ... Where did they get such information, I do not understand at all. Rye does not like additional flashing and naturally, the program is shorter. Apparently everything is correct there.
So, it is difficult to understand what kind of stove It would be in the hands of a professional, it would be clear what and how.
My girlfriend has a mystery, an old, excellent oven Bakes wonderful bread and a bucket in good condition.
