The Saturn ST-EC0130 bread maker has three different modes: test mode, set mode and work mode.
• Test mode is not intended for users, it is only used for production testing. Press the "Start / Stop" button to enter the test mode, then press the "Start / Stop" button again to exit and enter the setup mode. If the bread maker is plugged in, it defaults to program installation mode.

The "Menu" section in the program installation mode is designed to select various menus. Press the "Menu" button, a beep will sound. Operating instructionsReview the appropriate recipe and use the device as follows:
1. Align the kneader with the rotation axis and insert into the bread pan.
2. According to the recipe you need, add the ingredients such as water, flour, eggs to the bread pan in the order shown; yeast should be placed in the middle of the pan after the rest of the products; when using a timer, make sure the yeast is on top of the flour to avoid mixing with water, salt, sugar, otherwise it will affect the fermentation process.
3. Insert the bread pan and close the lid.
4. Turn on the Saturn ST-EC0130 bread maker, the LCD will display “MENU 1 TIMER 3:25”, press the Menu button and look at the LCD display, select menu 1-12 (Main bread, French bread, whole grain bread, sweet, express cooking (750 g), dough, rye bread, quick cooking, express cooking (1000 g), bagel dough) you need.
5. After selecting the menu, press the COLOR button for a light, medium, golden brown or fast crust. The default setting is Medium.
6. Press LOAF to select 500g, 750g, 1000g loaf weight, default setting 750g.
7. You can set a delayed cooking time in order to get the bread ready at the time you want. Calculate the time difference between the moment you start the program and the time you want cooking to end.
8. Press the START / STOP button for 0.5 seconds, the program will start and “:” will flash.
9. If you want to change the current setting, press the START / STOP button again for more than 1 second, the program will stop and you can install the program you want.During the installation of the program, do not touch to the control panel.
10. After the end of the program, the device beeps 15 times and switches to keeping warm. During keep warm operation, the display shows 0:00. The “:” icon keeps flashing (except for the Dough “Dough” menu), After 1 hour, the bread machine will beep 1 time and the “:” icon will stop flashing, the device will return to its original state. Press and hold "Stop" for 1 second to turn off keeping warm, if you want to pause keeping warm, return to the original state.
11. When the bread is ready, you will hear a beep. Take the oven mitts, turn the bread pan upside down and shake slightly to remove the bread. Remember to remove the kneader from the bread. If you want to take out the bread during cooking, press and hold "Start / Stop" for 1 second to pause the appliance.
Dough preparation instructionsThe Dough cooking program is similar to the bread baking program. During the preparation of the dough, you must not add salt, sugar, milk powder, etc. When the dough is ready, the bread machine beeps 5 times.
Instructions for baking.This program is used for baking bread, cooking time 1 hour, use the appliance as follows:
1. Place the bread pan in the bread maker.
2. Measure out all the food you need and place them in the bread pan. Close the cover.
3. Press the MENU button, look at the LCD and select the WAKE (Bake) menu.
4. Press the 'Start / Stop' button to start baking.
5. When 0:00 appears on the display, baking is complete. The device beeps 15 times and switches to keep warm. Press and hold the Start / Stop button for 1 second to stop the appliance, otherwise it will automatically go to keep warm mode.

Notes on special functions• Memory save function when power off
This bread maker has the function of saving in memory when power off. During installation
programs, if the power is suddenly turned off for no more than 10 minutes and then turned on again, the current program will be restored; but the total running time may change and not correspond to the originally set time:
Actual run time = device off time + preset time.
If the power is cut off for more than 15 minutes, the bread maker cannot restore the current program.
If the program has not been installed and the power is turned off, the device will return to the initial ready mode.
Function instructionsalerts and self-protection in case of overheating or emergency
The bread maker has the function of evaluating the initial state in the MENU and self-protection in case of overheating or an emergency. If you notice that the device is defective, please refer to the following explanations in order to make a decision and determine the timing.
1. Function of determining the working stateIf the current working state does not match the original state requirement in the current menu.
