Sveta, Brightwing !! There is no liquid in this bread, so there is nothing to regulate. And I always make mashed potatoes mnogoooo, in packs of 400-500 gr, depending on which recipe and in the freezer. No problems))
And I boil the pumpkin stupidly in water and from the pan into a blender with a slotted spoon, which is not glass, it's not my fault, this bread is win-win. Bake once, then get carried away with stocks)))
