Pumpkin pancakes with liquid yeast

Ingredients

Flour 500 g
Milk 1.4 l
Egg 2 pcs
Pumpkin 400 g
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Preenzyme
Flour 50 g
Liquid yeast 50 g
Sugar 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Preenzyme
  • Mix 50 g of liquid yeast with 50 g of flour and 0.5 tsp. Sahara. Leave on for 10-12 hours. Up to 2-3 times increase.
  • Opara
  • Boil the pumpkin in any convenient way and chop it.
  • Add pumpkin puree to 1.4 liters of milk, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 eggs, 100 g of preenzyme. Mix everything. Cover and leave for 10 hours.
  • Dough
  • Sift 500 g of flour into the dough, add 0.5 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Fry the pancakes as usual. The dough is very lively. It continues to ferment and froth throughout the entire cooking process.
