Ingredients

Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Whole grain wheat flour 0.5 tbsp.
Oat flour 0.5 tbsp.
Butter 200 BC
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Pour flour into a dish, chop (or grate)
  • butter and stir to make small crumbs ..
  • Shake the egg with salt and pour into the crumb.
  • Knead the dough (if the bun is not going to, add a little water)
  • Once the bun is ready, cover it with a napkin and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Next, we cut the dough into baskets in corrugated molds, removing excess dough along the edge.
  • When all the blanks are done, you need to prick the bottom with a fork.
  • We put in a preheated oven, up to 200 * C, and wait for 20-25 minutes.
  • I cool the workpieces in tins. They are easily retrieved.
  • But if some one, from the baskets, is stubborn, then you need to hit, with the bottom of the form, on a table or cutting board and the contents of the corrugated box are well removed.

I have, in this case, DR.OETKER pudding.
I used glazed sunflower seeds for decoration.
The filling can be savory. For example, why not fill the baskets with salad ?! ... But then they will already be called tartlets))

If you like sweet baskets, then you need to add sugar - 0.5-0.75 cups.
