Ingredients

Egg 1
Granulated sugar 0.5 cups
Sour cream 0.5 cups
Soda, not slaked 0.25 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Cardamom, cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp.
Nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp
Flour 1 glass.

Cooking method

  • 1 glass = 200ml
  • Rub 1 egg and 0.5 cups of sugar with a spoon into foam, add 0.5 cups of good fat sour cream and 1/4 tsp. not slaked soda, stir. Bubbles will go, sour cream will begin to extinguish the soda.
  • Add cocoa and spices and stir to avoid lumps.
  • Pour in about 1 glass of sifted flour, focusing on the thickness of the dough (it flows like honey, or market sour cream, but not very willingly). put the dough into a multicooker bowl greased with a thin layer of butter.
  • KEKS mode,
  • Temperature 110 ℃,
  • Time 1 hour 10 minutes, (after 1 hour you need to start looking at the cake for readiness, poking it with a wooden skewer.)
  • Hold the finished cake for 20 minutes in the switched off closed multicooker, then remove and cool on the wire rack. Sprinkle the top with icing sugar.

This is my mom's recipe, I cooked half a portion, it turned out tenderly and with a rich spice aroma. The cupcake itself is not very sweet.
Full text of my mom:
2 eggs, 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of sour cream, 0.5 tsp. soda (do not extinguish)
2 tbsp. l. cocoa, 1 tsp each cinnamon and cardamom, 0.5 tsp. nutmeg, a pinch of ginger
2 cups of flour,

Optional: 0.5 cups walnuts, not very finely chopped,
And, at will
Burn 0.5 cups of sugar and pour, stirring strongly into the ready-made dough.
I bake the full amount of dough in the oven, in a round shape with a hole, with a volume of about 1.5 liters at 170 ℃, 55-60 minutes.

I also give 20 minutes to stand in the form, and then cool on the wire rack.

I pour the burnt on foil greased with butter and grind when it cools down. I put pieces in the dough.
