  • Of course, if I were an ordinary person, I would never buy flour at the price of 1,000 rubles. per kilogram. But I was a tourist - and all tourists, as you know, have a slightly askew brains and I did not mind buying a 200-gram bag, especially since the bread recipe was printed on the pack. Well, the recipe, let's say, is wrong, which was immediately visible to the naked eye (not enough liquid for a given amount of flour), but it was not for nothing that we learned here what the flour / liquid ratio should be and how the correct bun should look like. I increased the amount of water from 250 to 290 grams and everything worked out great!
  • And the recipe itself is extremely simple - we load all the ingredients in the order prescribed by the manufacturers of your bread machine and bake using the main program.
  • The bread is not super tall, but still quite fluffy. The taste is bready, with a distinct aroma of pumpkin seeds. But the most wonderful thing about this bread is that the crumb color is bright green! Just for the sake of this it is worth getting pumpkin flour, honestly.

  • In principle, you can still work on the recipe to remove the excessive crumbling of the crumb and make it more fluffy. Next time I'll try to replace some of the water with sour milk (kefir or whey) and I'll take butter and vegetable oil in half.
