Bread Pumpkin Fantasy

Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients and leave on the table for 8-12 hours. You can use old dough.

  • We grease our hands with oil. Round the dough and put it on fermentation. It lasts 90 minutes. In the middle of fermentation, stretch-fold once.

And with anemia and depletion of the body, it is preferable to eat raw pumpkin pulp, which is rich in iron.

Pumpkin for cirrhosis. A good effect is observed in the treatment of diseases of the digestive system with pumpkin. With inflammation and cirrhosis of the liver, chronic hepatitis and hepatic edema, along with raw pulp, patients are shown pumpkin porridge with rice, millet or semolina. With colitis, accompanied by constipation, as well as with vomiting at night, you should drink half a glass of pumpkin juice.

Pumpkin for caries... Pumpkin juice and pulp are used as food for the prevention of caries.
