Apple jam (quick cooking)

Ingredients

Apples 1 kg
Sugar 500 grams
Water 1 glass
Zhelphik 2: 1 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, cut into small cubes.
  • Pour in a glass of water.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the jellix (according to the instructions).
  • Pour into apples, stir, put on a small fire, constantly stirring to bring to a boil.
  • Cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, until soft.
  • Pour in all the sugar, bring to a boil, cook at a medium boil for 3 minutes (according to the instructions).
  • Remove foam, arrange in jars.
  • Cork.
  • Turn over for 5 minutes (according to instructions).
  • Then wrap it up and cool completely.

Because I love everything fast, simple, apples cut shredded on a grater 7mm burner, add water, sugar (no more than 1 kg for 2 kg of apples), boil, stir with a slotted spoon constantly until the sugar dissolves, after 10-15 minutes, when the apples have softened, add a spoonful of lemon and after 3 minutes I put them in jars and roll up. The calorie content of this jam is only 160 calories. The look and taste do not resemble ordinary jam-confiture, but apple puree in jars - remember, this was. Since there is not enough sugar here, I try to keep these jars cool. In baking it behaves perfectly (you can't shake it out of the jar !!), but I feel sorry for him, for baking I use sweet jam: sugar 1-1.1 per 1.5 kg of apples, this costs years in the warmth.
