Ingredients

raw pumpkin 400 gram
zucchini (zucchini) 400 gram

kefir (yogurt, buttermilk) or kefir + water (kefir + milk) 900 gram
sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
salt 1 tsp
pressed yeast 20 grams
wheat flour / grade 550-600 grams
turnip onion 3-4 pieces
parsley (celery, dill) as needed

Cooking method

The pancakes are delicious, very tender. Bow al dente. If someone does not like this, then I advise you to pre-pour the onion with boiling water and stand for a couple of minutes. I do not feel the taste of vegetables at all. Oddly enough, I like cold ones more. Highly recommend)
