  • Awesome recipe for very simple white bread that can't fail!
  • I didn't really like the recipes in which sugar appeared - the bread was kind of rich, sweetish. Because of this, HP was very rarely used in the beginning. But after I found this recipe, I do it almost every day! Moreover, it is ideal for beginners, because there is no need to follow the kolobok, it will always turn out well! You do not need to measure products up to a gram / ml, +/- 5-10g / ml will not affect the result.
  • Recipe for a medium loaf of bread, but we love browning, so I set the weight to 1kg and a dark crust. Basic mode. Sometimes I add 1-2 st at the end of the batch. l. sesame seeds are also very tasty. Try it and it will become your family's favorite recipe!

Rarely, rarely when in some corner there will be a little flour that has not been kneaded into the dough, but usually everything turns out fine anyway. The crust is crispy, the crumb is baked. Maybe someone will find it not very salty, but just right for us! True, I would like to have a rounder top, but ..
I have the simplest HP, no frills, a year and a half ago I bought it for 2700r. I could not add my equipment to the list in the profile, because there is no Maxwell brand there.
