Sugar 100 g
Oil 100 g
Egg
+ 1 yolk

Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind butter with flour to crumbs, add sugar, yolk, vanilla sugar, sour cream and nuts.
  • Knead the dough until soft and shiny. Divide into 2 parts (1/3 and 2/3). We mix cocoa into the smaller one. Wrap the dough in foil and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Divide the chocolate dough into 12 parts. We roll the flagella 15 cm long and put it in the freezer.
  • Roll out the white dough (vanilla) 2-3 mm thick (length 30 cm, width 18 cm), mode for 12 rectangles measuring 15 x 3 cm (we try to make it without waste, the number of pencils depends on this).
  • The dough sticks to your hands, you don't need to dust it with flour, put it in the refrigerator and let it harden a little.
  • Now build... Put chocolate flagella on the vanilla dough and wrap them in tubes. Lubricate with beaten egg and put in the oven t = 180about 15 minutes (until browning).

Note
