Carrot-apple cheesecakes in vanilla sauce

Ingredients

For cheesecakes
cottage cheese 5% 250 gr.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
semolina 3-4 tbsp. l.
egg white 2 pcs.
fresh carrots 150 gr.
fresh apple 150 gr.
vanillin pinch
For the sauce
egg yolk 2 pcs.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
milk 1 tbsp.
vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Cooking cheese cakes. Three carrots and apples on a fine grater. Combine cottage cheese with apple-carrot mixture, sugar, semolina, vanilla sugar, mix well. Beat the egg whites into a foam and add to the curd mass.
  • We form cheese cakes from the mass and bake in the oven until golden brown for about 20 minutes at 180C.
  • Serve with drizzled vanilla sauce.
  • Cooking the sauce. Grind the yolks with sugar, pour in milk and add vanillin, cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly (about 15 minutes)
  • Bon Appetit!
