Ingredients

Zucchini net weight 1 kg
Carrot 1 PC. large
Apples (in my opinion, sour is better) 1-2 pcs. large
Vegetable oil 100 ml
Tomato sauce / tomato paste 100 ml / 50 g
Garlic 50 g
Sugar 30-50 g
Salt pepper taste
Vinegar 9% 50 ml
Any favorite spices! taste

Cooking method

  • Skip zucchini, carrots and apples through a meat grinder, cook without a lid for about an hour. Add vegetable oil, tomato sauce / paste, crushed garlic, granulated sugar, salt and pepper, cook for another half hour. Add vinegar, boil, roll up, cover.

I cooked it completely without any spices in order to understand whether what is called adjika here is adjika. Delicious, but not enough spices! Therefore, the recipe added themala.

And this is rather an appetizer ...

TATbRHA, adjika in my opinion is something sharp, burning. It seems to me that this is more of an appetizer, such as squash caviar. For the sake of variety. I love apples. So bookmark! Thank you, Tanyusha.

Valerka, agree! Adjika is such a glorious Caucasian spice, which is made ... well, absolutely from everything. You can, probably, and from zucchini with apples. It doesn't look like squash caviar at all! The appetizer is so spicy, yes. I didn't regret the pepper in it ...
