  • This year I made several new recipes for the winter. Lucky, everyone really liked! I would like to share with you such a simple recipe that I have already tested. Unfortunately, I don't remember where I got this recipe, and I can't pay tribute to the author ...
  • For me, adjika is primarily tomatoes! And in this recipe they are not, but for some reason it seems that they are still there!
  • Everything is very simple - chop the vegetables (I had a food processor), add everything except vinegar, cook for half an hour from the moment it boils. Add vinegar, boil for a couple of minutes and put in clean jars. Roll up, turn over, wrap up for a day.
  • It turned out very tasty! Recommend !

This year I decided to involve Shteba in the blanks, cooked in it without a lid, half the time at 110 * C, then reduced it to 105 * C. A couple of times she interfered, but she did not even think to burn and run away. I did one serving, but it would fit and a half at a time.
The result is four small jars of delicious adjika! We liked it very much for meat, and for potatoes, too!
