Ingredients

Yeast dough
Broccoli 100 g
Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 100 g
Green pea 100 g
Sunflower. frying oil taste
Salt taste
Black hammer. pepper taste

Cooking method

  • My test case:

  • Filling:

  • Roll out half of that amount of dough, cat. took a pie for this, lay out the filling, cover with the second half of the dough, pinch the edges.
  • Lubricate a bowl of MV sunflower. butter, put the pie. Baking program, time 1 hour, after 40 - 45 min. turn over and bake on the other side.

I tried something similar in a pizzeria. I like it. I didn’t do it myself, because my husband is not a fan of vegetables. But she herself would have eaten more with pleasure.

Evgenia, this is my improvisation, I didn’t know that something like that was being prepared. Thank you for writing. I don't like broccoli (but I know that it is very healthy), but here its taste is drowned out by bell peppers and peas.
