Ingredients

chicken fillet 150 gr.
fatty pork 250 gr.
raw potatoes 100 g
bulb onions 70-80 gr.
salt taste
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Everything is extremely simple and quick, a few minutes of effort and delicious juicy cutlets are ready.
  • We pass the meat through a meat grinder, peel the potatoes and three on a fine grater, three peeled onions on a coarse grater. We mix all the ingredients, add salt to your taste, if you wish, you can add spices (I do not add), knead well until smooth, form the patties, fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve with vegetable salad.
