Fish casserole

Ingredients

Cod fillet 600 g
Bulb onions 1-2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Egg 2 pcs.
Kefir 0.5 stack
Soda 0.5 tsp
Corn flour 50 g
A tomato 1 PC.
Parsley bundle
Grated cheese 50 g
Rust oil for frying
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Fry the onion chopped into half rings and grated carrots on a coarse grater in vegetable oil until half cooked and put on the bottom of a greased form (my size is 20 cm x 20 cm). Lay out cod, cut into small pieces, on top. Beat the eggs, pour in kefir, salt, pepper, whisking, add flour and soda. Lastly, add finely chopped herbs and diced tomatoes to the batter, mix gently and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and bake at 180 degrees for forty minutes.
