Ingredients

squash 1 kg
berries 1 kg
sugar 1 kg
Zhelfix 1-2 pcs
cardamom, star anise, ground anise 1 tsp.
lemon acid 1/2 tsp
fresh mint 25-50 g

Cooking method

  • Aromatic, fragrant, refreshing jam. The preparation is very simple. Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds from the mature (it is not necessary for the young), grate.

  • Add Zhelfix depending on its concentration. I have 3: 1, so I added 1 sachet. If 1: 1 or 2: 1, then you need 2 sachets. You can just pectin according to the instructions. Add sugar, ground spices (I grind them in a coffee grinder beforehand), citric acid and chopped mint, mix everything well:

  • Heat to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes with continuous stirring. Pour into prepared sterilized jars, roll up and wrap until they cool completely. A fragrant refreshing jam is ready.
